No More Complaints About the PSP
The day of reckoning is here! PSP World Cup, arguably the best event of the year, started today and will run through this Sunday. Drawing over 35,000 spectators and players, this is the largest and most important event to a blogger like me. Things like gun releases, next year’s clothes, and the largest paintball trade show in the world all happen annually at PSP World Cup.

But that’s not all!
That, and we get to see the top teams battle it out in a format completely separate from NPPL. This year it’s the battle of Ironmen and Dynasty, tied for first, with RL in a close third. I’m kinda a Dynasty fan boy, so I’ve gotta admit I’m pulling for them, but hey, it’s anyone’s game.
The biggest complaint people have had about the PSP is their lack of live coverage of the games. NPPL has long had this feature on their website, and I’ve been a fan of it from the beginning. It allows those of us unfortunate enough to be stuck at home during their events to get at least a little taste of the action.
PSP just hopped on the live broadcast bandwagon, and I’m happy to report that it’s nearly on par with the NPPL webcasts. That wraps up the last of the complaints I had about the PSP, except for some coaching stuff which I accept as a difference in style of play between the NPPL and PSP, similar in fashion to 7Man vs. Xball.
So my jealousies to those of you lucky enough to be in Florida, and best of luck to everyone competing. I’ll be watching!
